Sell email security under your own brand.

White-label branding replaces the MailGuard logo with yours, the product name with yours, the primary colour with yours. End customers see your brand — not "NetCell MailGuard". With the caveat that the brand is uniform per cluster, not per tenant.

What white-label covers

Logo + product name

Custom SVG logo, custom product name (e.g. "SecurePost" or "YourName mail protection"). Appears in the admin UI header, the quarantine portal header and in HTML mail.

Primary colour

Custom accent colour for buttons, links, highlights. Carries your corporate look through the admin UI as well.

Digest subject + intro

Configurable subject template for quarantine digest mail (e.g. [{{product_name}}] Quarantine summary) and intro HTML in the mail body.

Important constraint — one brand per cluster

Unlike some SaaS multi-tenant platforms, MailGuard is single-tenant: branding applies cluster-wide, not per tenant. If you manage domains for several independent end customers on one cluster, every end customer sees the same reseller branding in the quarantine portal and the digest mail.

This is fine when your end customers know your reseller name — e.g. "IT-Services-XYZ Mail Protection" as a shared brand for all 50 of your tenants. It is not appropriate when every end customer needs their own individual brand.

What can be individual per domain

  • Digest from address — selectable per domain: from which address quarantine digest mail is sent, e.g. quarantine@customer.com instead of a central MailGuard address. The end customer sees mail from their own domain in their inbox.
  • DMARC rua address — per-domain reporting address for incoming DMARC aggregate reports.
  • Detection policy — per-domain quarantine and reject thresholds.
  • Mail filters — allow/block lists can be scoped per domain.

Business models this enables

  • Hosting provider with a mail service bundle — you bundle MailGuard with your hosting plan, the end customer gets "YourBrand Premium Spam Protection" as an add-on. One outward brand, several end-customer domains internally.
  • IT-services provider for SMBs — you manage 5–20 customer domains centrally, individual detection settings per customer domain and a custom digest from address, shared "YourBrand" branding outward.
  • MSSP / managed security provider — you operate the team, MailGuard is the technical foundation, your branding is the outward brand.
  • Industry-specific solution — you are a software vendor for lawyers/tax advisers/doctors. MailGuard is branded as "Industry-name Secure Inbox" and becomes part of your industry suite.

When you need fully different branding per end customer

Two honest paths:

  • One MailGuard cluster per end customer. Clean solution, but higher operations effort. Sensible for end customers with real volume (several hundred mailboxes) or strict compliance requirements where dedicated infrastructure makes sense anyway.
  • Different platform. If true multi-tenant architecture with per-tenant branding is mandatory, MailGuard isn't the right tool. Platforms like Mimecast, Proofpoint and Hornetsecurity are built for that.

Licence tiers for white-label

  • Free: white-label is not active in Free — the Free tier shows NetCell MailGuard branding visibly. If you need white-label, go straight to Pro.
  • Trial mode (30 days automatic on first install): fully editable, full Pro feature set including white-label — can be tested thoroughly before you buy.
  • Pro (from EUR 29/month): fully editable (logo, colours, product name, sidebar colour, portal login background, digest templates), with a MailGuard credit kept in the footer.
  • Custom licence (on request): fully editable including complete removal of every MailGuard credit.
